9.2 Termination by ph2866

We will return any remaining balance in your account after deducting any amounts owed to ph2866, provided your account is in good standing and you have complied with all KYC requirements. Bonus funds, pending bets, and funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited upon termination.

9.3 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining funds. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ph2866.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other policies published on our website, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ph2866 and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

11.3 Assignment

11.4 Force Majeure
